My mom makes great syrup. I'm not so sure what makes it so yummy. Is it the sugar? Is it the water? What other ingredients are in syrup anyway? Maybe it's the fact that it's free. Maybe it's the fact that the empty bottle magically refills when you send it home with mom. Or maybe it's because it was made by my mom and it reminds me of home and eating pancakes in my pj's on Seminole Drive as a kid. Whatever it is, the magic has gotten a hold of Brooke too. We had breakfast for dinner the other night and she decided to make a commercial for our favorite Grammy-made condiment!
