We have a new baby.. of the K9 variety.
Delta is a Catahoula Leopard and she joined our family in late March. She is a natural herder which is why Steve is so excited to have her. Hopefully she will help Steve with cattle duties, but first we need to tame her down a bit. She's been to obedience school, but still has a ways to go. She has a TON of energy and has found all sorts of things in the woods to bring into our yard. She loves the girls, but sometimes she loves on them a bit too much. Brooke is finding her confidence around Delta, but Ali is still wanting to keep her distance. I think she is going to be a great member of our family. She has a lot of love to give and is already very protective of all of us.
