On Sunday we went horseback riding. I think she really enjoyed it. She seems to be a big fan of nature and getting away from the big city. She lives in Osaka, Japan which is a major city with little nature to enjoy. When I asked her what her favorite thing was that she had done in America so far, she said the boat ride down the Wekiva.

An All-American Weekend for Kotomi
We are trying to squeeze as much American culture into the weekends as possible for Kotomi. On Saturday afternoon we went to the Orlando Home Show. Steve had a booth there for the business so we stopped in to see how things were going. Then we walked around and looked at all the cool stuff they have there. I think Kotomi was a bit surprised with all the options and innovation there was there. Afterwards we went to Fuddruckers for the World Best Hamburger! I love that place! She got a big juicy burger and milk shake, how very American! She seems consistently surprised by the size of American food portions.
After dinner we went across the street to check out the Coach outlet. She is a big Coach fan and was amazed at the prices in there. Apparently, the same items would be much more expensive in Japan.

Sunday night we went to church and on the way home we saw the shuttle launching as we were driving down I-4! We managed to get some good pictures hanging our heads out the window.
