Ali had to design a boat after a science lesson on forces and history lesson on Christopher Columbus. I was so proud of her problem solving skills and the way she designed and edited her boat so that it would float without tipping.
Brooke is in the middle of a science unit on plants and had to construct an art piece made from objects from nature. She came up with this 3D house made of twigs, grass and leaves.
During a unit on weather, Brooke had to make a poster on tornadoes.
My favorite part was her little drawing of a tornado-swept girl, with hair and dress blowing in the wind.
